Damaged or defective machines
If your machine arrives damaged or does not work as described, call or WhatsApp +91 91360 57939 with your order ID and photos or a short video. We will inspect the issue and repair, replace or refund the machine.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, the order is treated as a return.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the amount in your account.
Consumables
Ink cartridges and other consumables cannot be returned once opened, unless they are defective.
